SK from the ministries out there... finally was issued .... then TDP... boy.... what a WASTE of time this country....

Not at this time maybe. A hectic lump of some very good effort from the whole team to prepare for the tender. A very good exercie for SKAI. Complete profile, qualifications, professional schedules, and correspondences. Lots of other Apartment Buildings to pursue! SKAI...

A few weeks ago, as part of our strategical thinking we've met the former leader of the Industry in the country. What a lunch break... more than 3 hours of chit chat! I guess it was a very good and synchronized learning and acquaintance meet. Very inspiring at the same time. There are rules to be followed in the industry. People to know and to respect... and of course... the unevitible practices...
